தாய்மொழிப் மொழிப் பள்ளிகளின் சட்டப்பூர்வமான தன்மையை எதிர்த்து போராடும் ஓர் அரசு சாரா நிறுவனத்திற்கு உதவுவதற்காக, பெம்பேலா இஸ்லாம் (Pertubuhan-Pertubuhan Pembela Islam) அமைப்புகள், பொதுமக்களிடம் இருந்து நன்கொடைகளைச் சேகரிக்க ஒரு நிதியைத் தொடங்கி இருக்கின்றது.
அதன் தலைவர் அமினுதீன் யஹாயா (Aminuddin Yahaya). அவர் கூறுகிறார்: ’இதுவரையில் அந்த அரசு சாரா அமைப்புகள் சொந்தப் பணத்தைப் பயன்படுத்தி வந்தன. அவர்களின் அந்தச் சுமையை இந்த நிதி, ஓரளவுக்கு குறைக்க முடியும்.’
’தாய்மொழிப் பள்ளிகளுக்குச் சவால் விடுக்கும் எங்கள் போராட்டத்திற்காக ஒரு நிதியைத் திறக்க வேண்டும் என்று பொது மக்கள் பலர் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறார்கள்.’
"இந்த வழக்கு நீண்ட காலத்திற்கு நீடிக்கும். மேல்முறையீட்டு உயர் நீதிமன்றத்திற்குச் செல்லும். ஆகவே எங்களின் செலவுகளுக்காக ஒரு நிதியைத் திறக்க வேண்டிய அவசியத்தை நானும் என் தோழர்களும் உணர்கிறோம்’ என்கிறார் அமினுதீன் யஹாயா.
"குறைந்த பட்சம் எங்களின் நீதிமன்றச் செலவுகள், ஆவணங்கள் தயாரிப்புச் செலவுகள் மற்றும் இந்த வழக்கில் கடினமாக உழைத்துப் போராடி வரும் வழக்கறிஞர்களுக்கு ஒரு சின்ன பண உதவி போன்றவற்றை எங்களால் செய்ய முடியும்," என்று அமினுதீன் யஹாயா தன் பேஸ்புக் பதிவில் இன்று கூறினார்.

The Pembela Islam (Pembela) organizations will open a fund to collect donations from the public in an effort to help the non-governmental organization (NGO) in its struggle to challenge the legitimacy of vernacular schools.
Its chairman, Aminuddin Yahaya, said that with the contribution from the public, it could ease some of the burden borne by NGOs that previously used pocket money for operations.
Many ask, will the Defenders open a fund for the general public to contribute to our struggle to challenge the legitimacy of this vernacular school.
“As this case goes on for much longer, with the appeal process and possibly to a higher court, my comrades and I feel the need for us to open that space (fund).
"At least we can help cover court costs, documentation and also as a token to lawyers who are working hard to fight in this case," he said through his Facebook post, today.
